We are The Central Illinois Muskie Hunters, a chapter of Muskies, Inc. located in the heart of some of the best musky fishing in Illinois. Our chapter has been in existence since February 18, 1999 when we held our first meeting and appointed our officers. We have come along way in a short time thanks to a well rounded effort from our members.

We would like to welcome you to join us in our efforts to make strong, healthy, trophy fisheries here in Illinois for all of us and future generations to come. Funds raised by our chapter from special events, projects, and raffles, will be donated to local children’s clubs, Muskies Inc., and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for use in stocking, research, surveys, and general environmental progress. We promote the release of muskies and will try to raise public awareness concerning the muskies value as a sportfish to our local economy. We have members from Peoria, Decatur, Springfield, Bloomington/Normal, Champaign, and a host of smaller towns.
